Orders, Pre-Orders & Payments
Pre-orders are accepted for selected products only. In the event of any issue related to availability, sourcing, or fulfillment of a pre-order, the paid amount will be refunded accordingly. For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders below BDT 5,000, customers must pay the delivery charge in advance before dispatch. For COD orders of BDT 5,000 or above, a 10% advance payment of the order value is required to confirm the order, and standard delivery charges will be waived. Failure to complete required advance payments may result in order cancellation.
Delivery, Inspection & Claims
Delivery timelines are estimates and handled by third-party courier services. Customers are required to inspect the package at the time of delivery. Any claim related to damaged, defective, or missing items must be supported by a clear unboxing video recorded from the moment the package is opened. Claims without an unboxing video will not be accepted.
Returns, Refunds & Exchanges
All goods sold are non-refundable and non-exchangeable, except in cases where the product is defective. Exchanges are permitted within 7 days of delivery, provided the item is unused, unwashed, unaltered, and returned in original condition with all tags and the original invoice intact. Only one exchange per item is allowed. Discounted or promotional items are not eligible for exchange. We reserve the right to reject any exchange request that does not meet these conditions.
Legal Disclaimer & Governing Law
We reserve the right to refuse service, cancel orders, or deny claims if policy terms are violated or misuse is suspected. All disputes arising from these Terms & Conditions shall be governed by the laws of the People’s Republic of Bangladesh, with jurisdiction limited to Bangladeshi courts.
