Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day. Dispatch timelines may vary during sales periods, stock limitations, or unforeseen operational delays.
Delivery Time & Coverage
We deliver within Bangladesh through third-party courier services. Estimated delivery timelines are 1-3 business days for areas within Dhaka metropolitan regions and 3-5 business days for areas outside Dhaka metropolitan regions. Delivery times are estimates only and may be affected by courier operations, weather conditions, political situations, natural events, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Delivery services are provided through independent courier partners, and we do not guarantee exact delivery dates or times. We shall not be held liable for delays, failed deliveries, loss, or damage caused by courier services, incorrect customer information, customer unavailability, or force majeure events. By placing an order, you acknowledge and agree that shipping services are subject to third-party courier policies and that this Shipping Policy shall be governed by the laws of the People’s Republic of Bangladesh, with jurisdiction limited to Bangladeshi courts.
Advance Delivery Charges & COD Conditions
For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders below BDT 5,000, customers are required to pay the delivery charge in advance to confirm the order. For COD orders of BDT 5,000 or above, a 10% advance payment is mandatory, after which standard delivery charges will be waived. Orders will not be dispatched until the required advance amount is received.
